STUDENT LEADERSHIP

The development of leadership is a vital part of educational formation. A Christian model of the "servant leader" is promoted. Leadership is seen as a responsibility of service to others. Leadership at the College is encouraged at all levels and students are given the opportunity to develop leadership skills through a variety of school activities. The Student Representative Council exists to provide opportunities for students across all year levels to develop leadership skills and to raise concerns or ideas for the betterment of the College Community. In Year 12 a group of 10 students are elected by their peers to form the Year 12 Leadership Team. These students go on a 3 day leadership camp where the two College Captains are selected by the Leadership Team.
