The school is a proprietary one, established by two eminent Mumbai families. The school operates programmes from Playschool and Primary to Senior Secondary, offering the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and the Diploma Programme. The school is also authorized to offer the IGCSE. In the primary years, the school offers French or Hindi as a second language and adds Yoga and Classical Indian Dance to requirements of the PYP. Graduating students are also awarded the school's High School Diploma. The school has comprehensive facilities.
