Students study on campus for internationally recognised qualifications such as City & Guilds Certificates and Diplomas. Many of these can be cross credited via our pathway agreements to Degree programmes at leading Australian & New Zealand Institutes.

Hospitality

With world class training kitchens this is one of the most highly regarded programmes offered by PEI. Courses include culinary arts, patisserie, food & beverage service, hospitality operations & management.  The School facilities are innovative, modern and technologically advanced with an industry focus. In 2003 several students received medals at the New Zealand Culinary Fair, and in 2004 PEI is represented by a student competing at the World culinary competition, Oceana Fest 2004.

Business Administration & Computing

These courses prepare students with the practical business administration knowledge needed in today's business world.

Computing

Students can choose to focus on either practical hardware or software courses for international industry qualifications.

TESOL

This is an ideal course for English speakers wanting to become professional ESOL teachers. It is equally valuable for in-service teachers of English, and students training to teach English in non-English speaking countries. This intensive program blends modern teaching theories with practical teaching techniques and is 6 to 26 weeks long.
