School Introduction

Montreux is situated on Lake Geneva. It benefits from a particularly mild climate. Its coast is lined with vineyards, it has a 6 mile lake-side promenade and is surrounded by the majestic Swiss and French Alps.

The Study Centre C & L is located in a prestigious building with a breathtaking view over the town, the lake and the Alps as well as over one of the most famous castles in Europe : Le Château de Chillon.

The school has its own accommodation facilities on the premises: comfortable rooms with balconies, modern sanitation, living and dining room, terraced garden with sun-lawn and ping-pong as well as a school kiosk.

ESL Program Introduction

Study Centre C & L provides training in English, French and German for individuals and groups. We offer a broad selection of courses to meet the needs of the students: short-term, intensive, crash and long-term courses. Moreover, we prepare students to enter hotel and buisness schools / universities and to sit for internationally recognized examinations such as Cambridge University, TOEFL, DELF/DALF, Alliance Française and Goethe Institut exams.

The summer vacation courses are designed for students from 15 onwards and include a wide range of excursions and leisure pursuits.

There is a full-time programme for those who wish to learn only 1 foreign language, but we also offer the possibility of studying two or three languages at the same time in very small groups.

Study Centre C & L also welcomes school classes and youth travel in general, the year round.
