Chine Academy School of English offers residential and non-residential courses.
Designed with your learning needs in mind, intensive residential 1-2-1 and group courses will enable you to communicate more effectively, whether you need to use English at work, prepare for an exam or simply develop your conversation skills.
Our courses allow you to immerse yourself fully in the language from the moment you arrive. In addition to your lessons, practice your English over lunch with staff, in daily ‘chat time’ sessions and during weekend excursions.

For companies seeking to help their employees communicate with clients worldwide, we offer residential group courses designed to develop the language skills relevant to each company’s needs.

For those with more time to study, we also offer non-residential group and 1-2-1 courses. We also offer professional training courses for hotel or restaurant employees.
Courses comprise 26 hours study per week: 23 hours tuition with your personal tutor as well as 3 hours fluency practice.
Lessons cover grammar, lexis as well as a focus on the skills relevant to your needs. Materials and language areas are carefully selected based on the results of your pre-course level evaluation test and needs analysis. Lesson content is continually assessed and discussed throughout the course.
Wherever possible, we incorporate opportunities for real language use with native speakers. The optional leisure activities program also allows you to put your language skills to use in an authentic and natural context.
In addition, timetables can be amended to include leisure activities or preparation for internationally-recognised examinations.

Residential course fees include:
Course fees and all study materials, booking fee, airport transfers, executive accommodation with sea views, use of The Chine Hotel Leisure Club + Spa, a morning or afternoon sailing onboard our yacht (seasonal), Wine tasting evenings, watersports at The Watersports Academy, accompanied weekend excursions.
