School Introduction

Our School is located in Fulham, a beautiful residential part of London. Central London's tourist, cultural and business areas are only 15 minutes away by London Underground (the 'Tube'), or by car. London's Heathrow Airport is 20 minutes away by taxi or 40 minutes by Underground. The School is close to homestay accommodation, recreation facilities and numerous shops and restaurants.

The School is situated at 1-3 Chesilton Road, a three-storey detached building, a short stroll from the River Thames and Parsons Green Underground station. We believe the School building is very attractive, with its pleasant classrooms, student lounge, library and self-study facilities.

ESL Program Introduction

Burlington School is one of London’s most popular English as a Foreign Language schools. We are located in the prestigious Fulham area of London, close to the River Thames and only 15 minutes from the centre of London.

In our large, self-contained building, the classrooms are spacious and well-equipped. Excellent instruction is provided in General English courses of 15, 20 or 25 hours per week. Burlington also offers specialist courses including Business English, University Preparation English, British Culture Studies and internationally-recognised examination courses. Our school library has free e-mail and internet (ADSL) and there is a self-access centre and coffee bar.

We are close to most of London’s landmarks and a short Underground journey from the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. Many students live within walking distance of the school.

Burlington offers a varied social programme and our friendly staff are always available to deal with any student problems or requests. There are London-based events weekdays and excursions within England and to the Continent at weekends.
