School Introduction

ILI's Washington DC Center is located in the capital of the U.S., Washington, D.C., one of the most important cities in the world. Here, there are many exciting and fascinating things to enjoy, including sightseeing, the theater, and sporting events. There are many beautiful buildings, museums, and monuments, as well as many fine restaurants which specialize in international cuisine. Our DC center is located in Dupont Circle, a very lively area of downtown. It is a short distance by Metro from Washington's most famous places, including the White House. It is also close to banks and medical facilities, shops, and other conveniences.

ESL Program Introduction

ILI offers 12 class levels ranging from beginning to professional, including TOEFL preparation. Classes meet Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:10 p.m. ILI organizes many programs, activities, and events to help international students adapt to living in the United States. Our student services include homestay with an American family, activities focused on the cultural dimensions of American life, such as parties and coffee hours, after school movies, and sports. In addition, there are field trips to places of historic and regional interest as well as academic and personal counseling.
