School Introduction San Antonio College is an accredited two-year college whose primary function is to prepare college students for transfer to four-year institutions. It is one of the oldest two-year institutions in the state of Texas and serves over 20, 000 students per semester. The classes, however, are small and the attention and help students get from dedicated faculty members is personal and generous. The tuition is low and agreements with universities all over Texas and beyond guarantees students entry into those colleges after the successful completion of the first two years of an agreed upon college curriculum at SAC.
