School Introduction

Intensive American English Institute (IAEI), a division of House of Tutors Learning Centers, is a full-service English school with more than twenty-five years of experience providing intensive language skills training for students whose first language is not English. We have helped thousands of students gain the English proficiency they needed to succeed in top American universities and businesses.

We have a center in Austin, Texas and a center in San Antonio, TX. Austin is a legendary, lively city and a great place to live. The five-county region is known for its Hill Country scenery, historic communities and laid-back lifestyle. Austin’s climate is one that is very mild year-round—warm summers and mild winters. If you are looking for a slower paced city, then San Antonio is the place for you. The city itself is very large, but the the over all feel is that of a small town. Home of the Alamo, the Riverwalk, and the Spurs basketball team; San Antonio has much to offer in terms of entertainment, while still maintaining a laid back peaceful atmosphere. San Antonio's weather is very similar to that of Austin , except it is slightly warmer year round. Both cities are easy to adapt to, and have a way of making you never want to leave.

IAEI is approved by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to issue I-20s to international students. IAEI is also fully accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET), which is a non-profit organization recognized by the United States Department of Education.
