Island Lingo's Intensive English 1 is the fast, fun way to improve your English. The fast-moving seminar is ideal for those requiring quick improvements. Brain-friendly, real-life English exercises employ practical, American business vocabulary to help the student quickly enhance their English skills.

The 5 day seminar is held for 4 hours each day (Monday - Friday) at the Litchfield Golf and Beach Resort in Pawleys Island, SC, one of America's oldest vacation spots. The resort location provides many opportunities for recreation. Located along the warm South Carolina coast, Pawleys Island is famous for golf, beaches, boating, fishing, and art. Pawleys Island, SC is just south of world-famous Myrtle Beach, SC and north of beautiful Charleston, SC.

ESL Program Introduction

Island Lingo's Intensive English 1 seminar is led by HP Bryan who holds an Advanced Certificate in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and an Advanced Certificate in SLAM (Second Language Acquisition Methods). HP Bryan has done graduate work at St Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg, Russia) in TESOL and is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio, USA). HP Bryan has over 9 years of experience in sales, 6 years in procurement and supply-chain management, and 4 years in Business & Engineering consulting.

Intensive English 1 has been designed to quickly improve English language skills and develop skills for future growth in English language competency. Attendees get lots of practice in speaking, reading, and writing English. The 1/2 day format is powerful and interactive with no boring lectures to waste your time! Intensive English 1 can help polish professionals in multi-national organizations, non-native students, or business people with financial interests in North America.
