School Introduction

Austin English Academy is located in Austin, which is the capital of Texas. AEA is located near the University of Texas campus and is a short bus ride from downtown. The city of Austin has a high-tech economy, and many large computer companies such as IBM, Intel, AMD, and Dell are located here. Austin also has a mild climate much of the year, as well as the natural beauty of hills and lakes, so there are many recreational activities available. ESL Program Introduction

AEA is a private language school that provides effective classes as well as cultural and social experiences for international students. Classes and schedules are flexible and vary according to the specific interests of the students who enroll. The focus is on oral communication in all classes. Classes are limited to 8 students in order to increase participation and progress. In addition to excellent instruction from native speakers, students receive individual attention not only in their classes, but also with personal needs, problems and cultural issues.

Full-Time Tuition (18 hrs per week):

Summer I (May 16th to July 8th) and Summer II (July 11th to September 2nd):
$189 per week ($1525 for full 8 week session)

Fall beginning September 6:
$225/week (less than 8 weeks)
$198/week (8-15 weeks)
$178/week (16-23 weeks)
$168/week (24 or more weeks)

Part-Time Tuition: (17 or fewer hrs per week): $10.75 per class hour

Application fee: $75.00 non-refundable
