Studying at CHC: Christian Perspectives

Academic and professional studies with a Christian worldview

Developing Christian perspectives on academic studies is a major emphasis in CHCs undergraduate and postgraduate programs. All subjects in each field of study are set within the framework of a Christian worldview.

CHCs academic staff represent a unique blend of Christian commitment, professional experience, and academic qualifications.  More than half of the academic staff hold doctoral qualifications. All have extensive experience in Christian leadership and service, together with a special interest in developing Christian perspectives in their teaching areas. Widely regarded as experts in their fields, CHC staff are caring and approachable people with a deep concern for the personal and academic growth of their students.

Developing the whole person

At CHC, higher education is about more than academic and professional development. Its also about personal growth, because we recognise that who you are is more important for success in life and work than what you know. CHC programs seek to develop the whole person, integrating personal growth and professional development.

Learning and growing with other Christians

CHC offers a lively, caring and supportive Christian environment where each individual student is important.  College staff give personal attention to each student, and encourage students with quality one-to-one advice and support in their personal, spiritual and academic development. The lecturers live and teach, and therefore model, what they believe, and what motivates them as Christian professionals.
