For the 24 years an outstanding private school educational curriculum has been developed that is now internationally recognised as being innovative and leading edge in the education of our next generation of leaders. The College offers an Early Learning Centre aprimary school and secondary school for years 7 to 9. Year 10 and 12 are planned to be introduced in 2013 and 2015. Early Learning Centre Our Early Learning Centre is internationally recognised as a centre of excellence for children from 3 to 5 years of age. The Centre values and respects children their families and staff and fosters a learning environment that provides a foundation for young children to become responsible citizens of the world. A range of learning experiences are offered that foster self-esteem resilience reflection imagination curiosity and the motivation to become a lifelong learner. Primary and Secondary Years The Cornish College Prep to Year 6 program provides an excellent educational program for students in a friendly caring environment. Our curriculum promotes the use of an experiential structured inquiry-based approach to learning. The children develop a deep understanding of important concepts and conduct research into local and global issues of significance. Students make connections through learning about life in school life at home and life in the world. Students in Prep to Year 6 attend a variety of specialist classes including Library music art languages Other Than English and Physical Education.
