There is a flourishing Languages mathematics english and Science program offering Languages to Extension level in Latin (the only school west of the Blue Mountains to do so) french and the highest levels of English mathematics and traditional Science courses. There are also excellent skills courses - with students excelling at the top of the State in Industrial Technology and Hospitality. Learning enrichment occurs for all students from the gifted and talented to special needs. Life Beyond the Classroom The outstanding facilities and grounds of Kinross Wolaroi School provide a wonderful playground for the extensive array of co-curricular activities. Boarding at Kinross Wolaroi School Boarding at Kinross Wolaroi School aims to provide a "home away from home" for all students. The boys live at the main (Wolaroi) campus and the girls at the PLC campus 4km away. Boarding is divided into two junior houses for the Year 7s and five boarding houses for Years 8 to 12. Kinross Wolaroi School has an environment where students feel safe nurtured and able to fulfil their potential. Year 12 student are usually provided with single rooms and Year 11 boarders are accommodated with twin rooms. Preparatory School The Prep School strives to enrich the learning of all students which occurs when it is enjoyable stimulating and exciting. Interactive whiteboards are in each classroom and assist in providing dynamic Hands-on learning.
