These
three partners established Queensland's first Master of Public Health
Program in 1991 and have been delivering a postgraduate public health
program since that time, currently offering the Master of Public Health,
Graduate Diploma in Public Health and Graduate Certificate in Public
Health.
The
Centre is now a key participant in initiatives to enhance the public
health status of Queenslanders. Collaboration and consultation with many
agencies supports the Centre in the identification and delivery of
timely, relevant and quality education, training and research. Our
commitment to maximising access to our programs Queensland-wide now sees
a significant number of subjects offered in flexible delivery/external
mode. It is possible to undertake all programs externally.
The
Centre continually strives to enhance the learning experience for its
students, through a process of quality review and improvement. We invite
students to contribute to the quality of our policies, procedures and
programs through student representation on the Centre's Consultative
Committee, through subject evaluations, and by other feedback you
provide to academic staff.
