Master of
Wildlife Management (Habitat)Macquarie University Australia
The Master of Wildlife Management (Habitat) is a
new postgraduate coursework program in wildlife and habitat management
offered by Macquarie University.
The program has a strong interdisciplinary and practical focus utilizing
industry partners to deliver some of the coursework material.
The program has a flexible delivery method with students able to enroll
either part- or full-time with course materials provided by web-based distance
delivery.
Some of the units in the program have field trip components although
alternative arrangements are available for students unable to attend.
The photos are from the initial fieldtrip for GSE854 Biodiversity Survey
which was undertaken in April 2003 at Cumberland State Forest in Sydney.
Students undertook a range of mammal surveys including harp trapping.
