Founded in 1986, Town Centre has been in the forefront of education for over 3 decades. Located in Markham, Ontario, Town Centre Private Schools is a leading private school attracting students from the Greater Toronto Area, York Region, as well as internationally.

TCPS offers families a Montessori Pre-School providing an excellent foundation for the IB Private School Programmes in grades 1 through 12. The Montessori Pre-School program for students between the ages of 18 months and 6 years, offers half day or full day programs with 2 to 3 teachers per class, and enrolment year round.

The Elementary IB program offers a challenging curriculum with 2 teachers per class providing enrichment in the core subjects. French, Music, Computer studies, and Physical Education are taught by specialist teachers.

The High School Division provides the best features of a traditional private school education including small classes, individualized academic guidance and challenging curriculum offering the International Baccalaureate® Diploma Programme in addition to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Upon graduation students are well prepared for university and our graduates have a 100% university acceptance rate.

In the fall of 2019, Town Centre Private Schools opened the ESL High School Campus. Located just down the street from our Main Campus, students study in an air-conditioned facility which includes bright spacious classrooms, a full-sized Gymnasium and student lounge The ESL High School program allows staff to work in small groups to assist students in maximizing their reading, writing and verbal skills in English.

School life at TCPS is further enhanced with extracurricular programs, trips and visitors, community outreach, intramurals, competitive sports and clubs. All Divisions are offered a before school program 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and an after school program 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at no additional cost.

During the summer Pre-School and Elementary Summer Camps as well as Ministry Credit Courses are available.
