Anhui University is a university located in Hefei, Anhui province, in the People's Republic of China. It was founded in 1928 in nearby Anqing and moved to its current location in 1958. The school currently has approximately 34,600 students and 700 faculty members. It is noted for its foreign language programs, which include English, Russian, French, and Japanese. Anhui University is currently constructing a new campus, which will eventually hold more than 30,000 students.

Anhui University of Technology offers a range of programs and courses including engineering, economics, management, literature, science and law.

The University has 16 schools, including Metallurgy and Materials, Mechanics, Chemical Engineering & the Environment, Electrical Engineering & Information, Computer Science, Management, Arts & Law, Mathematics & Physics, Foreign Languages. There are also 1 teaching division. There are 35 scientific research institutions attached to the university. The university offers students with both bachelor degree program and master degree programs.

The University offers good on-campus services and modern facilities, including modern classrooms, library facilities, internet access, language laboratories, indoor fitness centers, sports grounds, banks, post offices, cafeterias, clinic, and university bus services.

4. Admission Dates
Admission to programs is flexible. But it’s strongly recommended that you submit your application materials before June for long-term programs.

5. Class Organization
Students group with under 24 members will study alongside Chinese students in their classes. Students group with 24 members or above can either study in specially arranged classes or can study alongside Chinese students in their classes.
All international students will also have the chance to take part in especially arranged Chinese Culture classes, such as Calligraphy, Traditional Painting, Chinese Cookery, and Tai Ji Quan.

6.Accommodation

The University offers standard rooms with desks, televisions, telephones, air-conditioning, and en suite bathrooms.
Special arrangements can be made to provide apartments, with desks, televisions, telephones, air-conditioning, and bathrooms.

7. Catering Facilities
In addition to the campus's cafeteria facilities, the University Guesthouse dining rooms offer a rich variety of high quality meals fair prices.

8. Application and Tuition fee

A) The application fee is US$ 10.

B) Tuition fees for short-term (less than half a year) programs will vary according to the classes attended, varying from US$50 to US$ 100 per week.

C) Tuition fees for students who register for long-term programs will vary according to the classes attended, from US$ 100 to US$ 200 per month.

D) A discount will be offered for groups (20 members or above), and applicants from sister institutions will also be given a discount on tuition fees.

9. Group Study
We extend a warm welcome to overseas groups, and to groups from our counterpart universities and other such related organizations. We welcome student groups as visitors or to study at Anhui University of Technology. Fees and charges can be negotiated for any group of 20 or more.
