EaB's Anglophone section, The Victor Hugo School, is accredited by the London, Cambridge and Oxford Examining Boards, as well as by the International Baccalaureate Organization. It is also recognized by the Fullbright Commission (Franco-American Commission for Educational Exchange). With over 50 years of experience in international education, EaB International offers bilingual programmes in either English first language/French second language or vice-versa, to boys and girls from more than sixty nationalities. The international character ensured by its student body and faculty gives the school ample opportunity to foster tolerance, fraternity and understanding of different cultures in a spirit of harmony and co-operation. EaB International – The Victor Hugo School provides a British education from Nursery to High School, for international students living in Paris, leading to the International Baccalaureate Diploma. The school is a testing centre for several international qualifications: AP, SAT I and II, IGCSE, A-level and the IB Diploma. EaB’s French language campus offers an Immersion programme that enables non-French students to make a transition to the French system, leading them to the French Baccalaureate (with European Endorsement or the International Option (OIB). The school emphasizes the study of languages, the integration of students from numerous countries and the development of an international, cross-cultural viewpoint, starting in the Primary years. In High School, the goal of all programmes is essentially to prepare students to accede to the best universities in France, US, Great Britain and worldwide. Admission is based upon application, the evaluation of references from the previous school, on individual interviews and entrance tests. EaB schools are located in five different locations within Paris and the school also has an open air centre in the nearby Meudon Forest. EaB International-The Victor Hugo School is situated at 23 rue de Cronstadt, 75015 Paris and offers a school transportation service. |
