School Introduction
Kilkenny School of English is English courses in your tutor's house. We are located 25 minutes from the historic city of Kilkenny. Your tutor collects you by car in the morning and brings you to her house where you have individual tuition. These courses are suitable for students who are serious about learning English and wish to study intensively.
Our junior courses take place in Kilkenny city and students can study in small groups or in standard size groups in July and August.
ESL Program Introduction
Adult lessons: One to One lessons are available in General English, Business English and Examination Preparation classes. Lessons are held 9am - 1pm. 20 x 50 minute lessons per week are included.
Small closed groups of up to 4 people are also welcome.
Junior students can study in July and August. Students can study in small groups comprising 3-4 students, or in larger groups. Activities, accommodation and transfers are included in junior programmes.

Schedule & Fees
Adult courses: One to One courses start every Monday during the year. One to One lessons are €700 per week.
Homestay accommodation is €200 per week for a private room.
There are no registration fees.
Fees include level check, registration and use of school materials.
Small closed groups - 2 students - €400 each per week, 3 students - €280 each per week, 4 students - €250 each per week.
Junior programme:
Standard programme - max 15 students in a class - 4 weeks - €2240 - includes 15 hours tuition each week, homestay accommodation, afternoon activities, transfers, excursion on Saturday and 1 disco per week.
Tutorial programme - max. 4 students in a class - 14 nights - €1499 - includes 15 hours tuition each week, homestay accommodation, afternoon activities, transfers, excursion on Saturday and 1 disco per week.
