School Introduction

In line with the communication demands of globalization and in response to the challenge of a global language, YTC has enriched its English Communication programs – English as a Second Language and English Employment –to cater also to foreign students.

ESL Program Introduction

This program is designed to encourage foreign students' interest in ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE / FOREIGN LANGUAGE, to enrich his/her vocabulary while developing correct pronunciation, sharpening comprehension and enhancing grammatical structures in order to converse more clearly and confidently using simple and understandable sentences. It covers core competencies such as: reading comprehension, correct pronunciation, basic sentence construction, basic paragraph composition and oral communication.

Schedule & Fees

YTC offers OPEN ENROLLMENT (enroll and start anytime), but the following are the usual start of classes for the specific seasons:

For ages 9 to 16 years old
Summer: July to August (6 weeks)
Winter: December to February (6 weeks)
Tuition:
180 hours (30 school days @ 6hr/day) $590
Home-stay :
45 days with meals and weekend outings $855

For students 17 years old and above
Schedule: Open Schedule
Tuition:
80 hours (20 school days @ 4hr/day) $395
120hours (20 school days @ 6hr/day) $590
Accommodation/Housing: $400-$900 (4weeks)
FREE TOEIC every Saturday if enrolled for 3 months

For University Students

Housing/Accommodation Info

For students ages 9-16 years old, a Home-stay (with teacher) package is offered with the ESL program to maximize students' exposure to the English language. This gives the students the opportunity to explore the Philippines while studying ESL.
