Holy Rosary School (Pre-Primary)
Holy Rosary School is a Catholic Day School for Girls from Grade R through to Grade 12. The school is conveniently located in Edenvale, Johannesburg. It was founded by Bishop Shanahan and the Sisters of the Holy Rosary Order in 1940. While we are faithful to the teachings of the Catholic Church, any girl is welcome at Holy Rosary and we welcome the enrichment provided by other cultures and religions.
Reception Year CurriculumThe Reception Year Department provides a warm and nurturing introduction to Big School! Each morning is a new adventure and laughter and fun are the order of the day. Highlights of the year include Mud Day, Grandparents' Day, Baby Day and a visit to or from St Benedicts.

After School CentreMission of the After School Centre:We aim to provide a place of safety and learning for all Grade R to Grade 7 girls after school, and to create a space for them to feel at home and happy.
We aim to reach out to all the girls in our care, to nurture, protect and love them; to show understanding, and firm but fair guidance.
After School Centre Hours:The Centre is open from straight after school, and closes at 17h15. Students in Grade R-3 are collected from the school every half hour from 13h00, or earlier, if needs be.
