School Introduction Beautiful Oxford with its honey-coloured stone and ancient streets is the perfect location for your English studies.
Our Oxford school is situated above street level on Broad Street, one of Oxford's most famous byways, with Balliol and Trinity College across the road. This bright and airy school features a refurbished modern interior within a historic stone building – the best of both worlds. Staff here are warm and friendly, and they pride themselves on personal attention to all students.
For centuries, scholars from around the world have come here to absorb the academic atmosphere. Now you can also immerse yourself in learning, and at the same time enjoy all the attractions of our city-centre site with its excellent access to shops, restaurants, the sights of Oxford, and - via the nearby railway station - all of England.

Housing/Accommodation Info
Homestay
Live as part of an English-speaking household. You'll have your own bedroom (or share with a student from another nationality if you choose a twin room) and eat breakfast and evening meals with your hosts.
It's a great chance to meet native Oxford residents and share their way of life. Living with English-speakers also means that you will never stop learning and improving your fluency.
All Embassy Oxford Homestays are a maximum of 45 minutes away by public transport, and most are around 20 minutes or closer. Cycling is also a good option in this very bike-friendly town.
Oxford is a historic city, and many different styles of architecture are found here. Houses range from modern detached or semi-detached properties with gardens, to older terraced houses with small or no gardens, to large and luxurious homes with impressive gardens.
Student residences
For students who would like more independence, and a chance to socialise with friends from around the world.
In Oxford, you can choose between three self-catering student residences: one situated only a few minutes' walk from the school (Blue Boar residence) and two next to each other within a 20 minute walk from the school (Pensons Gardens and Elena House residence). In addition, we also use other nearby student residences in the summer months.
All our residences are self-catering, with shared kitchens, and all have internet access throughout. All have laundry facilities.
