Cardiff and Vale College International is a major
provider of education and training in Wales.
Cardiff, the capital city of

British Council Accredited
Cardiff and Vale College International is accredited
by the British Council for the teaching of English. You

"The British Council inspected and accredited
Cardiff and Vale College International in February
2013. The Accreditation Scheme assesses the
standards of management, resources and premises,
teaching and welfare and accredits organisations
which meet the overall standard in each area
inspected (see
www.britishcouncil.org/accreditation for
details).
The English language teaching
department offers courses in general English for
adults and for closed groups of under-18s. Strengths
were noted in the areas of learning resources and
course design. The inspection report stated that the
organisation met the standards of the Scheme"
If your goal is to gain a degree from a British
higher education institution, to prepare for entry into
a UK university you have four options:
Take a 2 year programme of A Levles, in three or
four subjects. You can choose from over 30
different subjects offered at Cardiff and Vale
College International
A 2 year extended diplomain an appropriate
discipline
A 1 year Access course in an appropriate
discipline
Your existing qualifications, if suitable with
an appropriate IELTS score.
