School Introduction
Our English language school is the perfect place to improve your English language skills and discover the Californian lifestyle.
CSE is located in the Temecula Valley (population 200, 000) in beautiful southern California. We are ideally situated between the major metropolitan areas of Los Angeles and San Diego, with convenient access to superb beaches, magnificent mountains and the vast Mojave Desert.
The Temecula Valley is widely known as the ‘wine country’ of southern California. The climate is one of the best in the country which makes it the perfect place to enjoy the Californian lifestyle all year long. Our modern, clean and safe city is a popular tourist destination as well as a desirable place to live. Temecula is home to new shopping centers, a wide variety of quality restaurants, great nightlife, sports facilities, and boasts top-class golf courses. Our school is located a short walk from Temecula’s historical western ‘old town’.
ESL Program Introduction
For international students we offer four different ENGLISH WITH SPORTS programs, an exciting ENGLISH AND AMERICAN CULTURE program, and for the mature student there is our 50+ ENGLISH PROGRAM. Most are offered all year and include 15 hours per week of classroom instruction with sports/activities each afternoon. Emphasis is made on learning 'real American English' and how idioms and slang is used in every day social and business communication. Students will also increase their vocabulary, improve their pronunciation, and gain confidence when speaking in English.
Our superb instructors are also ready to accept you in our ONE-TO-ONE and TEST PREP courses. They are highly qualified and bring with them many years of experience teaching English to non-native speakers. At a minimum, each instructor holds a bachelor’s degree with a TESOL, TEFL or CELTA qualification. Student achievement and success is our school’s mission and all staff members give personal attention to every student.
On weekends we organize excursions to popular places of interest such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood (Los Angeles), and the beach. Living with an American host family and studying with other international students will ensure that you are immersed in the English language – the most effective way of learning English. We know that the time you spend at CSE will improve your language skills and give you lifelong memories!
