Savoir Faire Language Institute is a language school located in the South Bay beach area of sunny Los Angeles, California.

ESL Program Introduction

Our mission at SAVOIR FAIRE Language Institute is to teach students how to communicate with the language and the culture they learn. We offer an immersion approach in a relaxed atmosphere where our students can naturally communicate and laugh as they participate in activities that really get them talking and learning. Our intensive English as a second language courses are offered to all levels from beginners to advanced. Language is above all communication. We believe that successful communication is not found only in textbooks, drills and grammar exercises. Successful communication is to be able to comprehend, speak and understand the culture. A - Intensive one on one

The following classes are designed for the professional in mind. Each course is tailored to fit the student's needs and background for one or more weeks, depending on the degree of proficiency to be achieved.

1 - Life & Language in the U.S. (one on one)

Make your case in English! Looking for a class that is fun and intensive? Speak real dialogues that you may have in Starbucks or walking near the beach. Read and present current newspaper articles and listen to your vocabulary skyrocket! Join those who have aleady loved this programs' deep focus.

The price includes:

* Registration Fee
* 40 lessons (30 hours) of one on one instruction
* Study material
* Assistance in finding lodging (cost of lodging not included)
* Support with arranging recreational activities and outings to local places of interest (Disneyland, Universal Studios, Museums..)

Intensive Class Package: $1, 665 (each additional 20 lessons add $720)

2 - Business English Immersion one on one

This brain-boosting class follows the same format as our Life & Language in the U.S. class (above), but focuses on "Business English": key concepts and vocabulary for using English in the business world, including participating in meetings, negotiating and problem solving as well as writing business letters and reports for various purposes.

The price includes:

* Registration Fee
* 40 lessons (30 hours) of one on one instruction
* Study material
* Assistance in finding lodging (cost of lodging not included)
* Support with arranging recreational activities and outings to local places of interest (Disneyland, Universal Studios, Museums..)

B -Summer Intensive Group Classes

1 - Life & Language in the U.S. (group)

This course focuses on day to day communication in English. Strengthen comprehension and speaking skills. Practice popular idioms, learn new vocabulary, and sharpen conversation skills. Improve pronunciation for more effective communication.

The price includes:

* Registration Fee
* 2 weeks of classes
* 40 lessons (30 hours) in small group class (12 students max)
* Study material
* Assistance in finding lodging (cost of lodging not included)
* Support with arranging recreational activities and outings to local places of interest (Disneyland, Universal Studios, Museums..)

Schedule: Starts every Monday from June to August
Monday to Friday 9:30-12:45

Summer Intensive Group Class: $755 for 2 weeks (extra weeks $285/week)



2 - TOEFL Preparation

Most international students must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language, or TOEFL to enter an American college or university. Our TOEFL course addresses listening, grammar, reading and writing. Our approach focuses on skills, techniques and strategies needed to succeed on the exam.

* 80 lessons (60 hours) in small group class (12 students max)
* Study material
