School Introduction Colorado Heights University is an international university with students from more than 45 different countries. Our campus consists of 19 buildings on 76 acres. We are located at the highest point in Denver, Colorado, with convenient access to downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Denver, Colorado is a beautiful city with four distinct seasons and almost year-round sunshine. Our ESL program is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). Financial Aid available for those who qualify.
ESL Program Introduction
Our 48-week ESL program includes all levels of English spanning students who don't know the English alphabet to advanced speakers looking to fine-tune their colloquialisms and pronunciation. Integrated classes include reading, writing, listening, speaking, and grammar for academic and work-place proficiency. Students' language skills are tested every eight weeks using TOEFLŪ to measure standards of academic progress and accurate level-placement. Students who successfully complete our program are rewarded a Certificate of Completion with their final TOEFLŪ score on the certificate.
