School Introduction

Speak by Design serves the Chicagoland area. We are a team of independent coaches and trainers who provide private and group trainings on communication. Most of our services are conducted onsite at your location, but some of our coaches do see clients out of their home offices and make house calls. All of our training is customized to your specific needs and interests.

ESL Program Introduction

Speak by Design offers executive coaching and training on communication topics including professional presence, presentation skills, accent reduction, vocal image, business etiquette, interpersonal communication, and cross-cultural communication skills. What are your voice, words, and actions telling people? Speak by Design helps sharpen your communication so you send the right message and make the right impression.
